The original Tile Doctor Contracting business was established in 1985 and in 1998 Tilespec TileDoctor t/a Tile Doctor SA which was founded by Allen Bestbier was incorporated into the group in to develop and increase the technical expertise within the company.

Tile Doctor SA is a proudly family-owned business built on a foundation of quality workmanship, industry expertise, and exceptional service. 

With over five decades of experience in the tile and surface care industry, the company has established a trusted reputation for delivering professional restoration, maintenance, and surface treatment solutions.

In 2010, the business was further strengthened with the addition of his son, Craig Bestbier, whose expertise, innovation, and passion for the industry have played a significant role in the company’s continued growth and success. Together, Allen and Craig have grown Tile Doctor SA from strength to strength, expanding its capabilities while maintaining the family values, professionalism, and commitment to excellence that the company was founded on.

Following Allen’s retirement in 2024, Craig took over the reins as the Managing Director of Tile Doctor SA and continues to successfully steer the company forward. With a strong focus on innovation, modern solutions and industry-leading techniques, Craig together with his amazing staff, remains committed to driving the business into the future while upholding the trusted standards and reputation that Tile Doctor SA has become known for over the years.
