Having been part of the original Tile Doctor Contracting business since 1985, Allen built a reputation for technical expertise in tile restoration, sealing, anti-slip treatments, and natural stone care throughout Cape Town and the Western Cape. Although Allen retired in 2024, he remains involved in the family-run business alongside his son, Craig Bestbier, helping lead one of the region’s most respected names in tile and stone treatment services
